The workshops, which will leverage training materials from the highly regarded Entering Mentoring program, will be facilitated by trained faculty from both Penn and CHOP. Topics will include effective communication strategies, aligning expectations and promoting self-efficacy.
This collaborative effort is intended to promote a culture of effective research mentoring practice on the CHOP/Penn campus.
