Penn Career Services is excited to announce the launch of the 2023 Career Exploration Fellowship (CEF) for PhD students.
This program provides doctoral students the opportunity to explore careers beyond the professoriate through one-on-one mentoring with an advance degree holding professional. Hosts this year include Amazon, Merck, Janssen, and many other organizations internal and external to Penn. The list of hosts for 2023can be downloaded here. The application is open until till January 20, 2023.
This unpaid fellowship runs from February to May and typically entails approximately 8-10 hours oftime commitment. In 2023, the program will allow for both virtual and hybrid fellowships. Eligibility: PhD students in any department or school within the University may apply. Those who participated in the CEF program or the PhD Externship program between 2017-2022 are not eligible.
