Carisma Therapeutics is a Penn spinout from the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies developing CAR monocyte and macrophage cell therapies for cancer. Carisma recently entered into an R&D partnership with Moderna to reprogram myeloid cells into CAR-M directly within patients using LNP/mRNA technology. Carisma has numerous openings that the BGS community may be interested in, including research associate, associate scientist, scientist, senior scientist, and principal scientist levels.
