Scientist:
Looking for talented and enthusiastic scientists for this lab-based role, to conduct in vitro and ex vivo assays to support our ADC programs. Scientists who enjoy working in a collaborative, team-focused environment, with expertise in cell based assays, a passion for oncology research, and a desire for continued learning will be perfect for this role. Typical education level is MS.

Sr Scientist:
This role is well-suited for PhD-level, preferably with post-doc experience and demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects in field of hematology oncology. Must be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for applicants who are ready for leadership of a preclinical drug development program or have the aptitude to do so.
Associate Principal Scientist:
This role is for a PhD-scientist with several years of experience and can handle leadership of several projects and provide intellectual input on strategy and potential new programs. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of the field of hematology oncology, demonstrated by a good publication record, and who can be a great mentor and team leader with the ability to manage and support professional development of a team of scientists.
